1. Initial Enquiry
We start by understanding what you're trying to achieve.

2. Site Survey
A site survey allows us to understand the building and the existing storage environment.
We look at factors such as:
- Building dimensions
- Available floor area
- Clear height
- Existing racking
- Structural constraints

- Forklift routes
- Pedestrian routes
- Stock and pallet requirements
- Available space for expansion
This information forms the basis of the proposed solution.
3. Understanding Your Storage Requirements
The right racking system depends on what you're storing and how you operate.

What are you storing?
Palletised goods, components, boxes, products or other materials.
How much are you storing?
Current requirements and anticipated future growth.
How do you access it?
Forklift, manual picking or a combination.
How frequently is it accessed?
Fast-moving stock may require a different arrangement from long-term storage.

We look at both your available floor area and building height.
4. Racking Design
Using the information gathered, we can develop a storage layout around your requirements.
The design can consider:

- Pallet positions
- Loading requirements

The objective is to make the best practical use of the available space while allowing the warehouse to operate effectively.
5. Selecting the Right System
We supply racking from a number of established manufacturers, including:

This gives us access to a range of systems and allows us to select a suitable solution based on the individual project.
We are not tied to presenting every customer with the same system.
6. Quotation
Once the requirements and proposed arrangement have been established, we provide a clear quotation for the agreed system.
Where appropriate, this can include:
- Racking
- Components and accessories
- Delivery
- Installation
- Associated mezzanine works
We’ll clearly establish what is included within the project before work begins.
7. Supply & Installation
Once the project is approved, we coordinate the supply and installation of the racking system.
Our installation team works to the agreed layout and programme, with the project managed around your operational requirements wherever possible.
Where the warehouse remains operational, we can discuss the installation sequence and access arrangements in advance to minimise disruption.
8. Handover
Once installation is complete, we’ll ensure the agreed works have been completed and the storage system is ready for use.
The finished installation provides a structured storage environment designed around your building and operational requirements.
